Abstract: Tujuan utama sistem pengendalian manajemen adalah untuk memastikan tercapainya “keselarasan tujuan” semaksimal mungkin. Keselarasan tujuan dalam suatu proses berarti tindakan-tindakan yang mengarahkan setiap anggota untuk menyelaraskan tujuan pribadinya masing-masing, sesuai dengan kepentingan perusahaan.
