Abstract: Jadah Tempe is a food that consists of Jadah or Uli in combining its presentation with Tempe Bacem. Jadah Tempe serve as a culinary attraction in Kaliurang province D.I Yogyakarta. Jadah Tempe was first introduced by Sastro Dinomo or who often called mbah Carik around in the village of Kaliurang. The food became famous when Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX tried to taste jadah tempe.
