THE ROLE OF THE ORGANIZATION IN SOCIALIZING IN THE COMMUNITY

Abstract: An organization is a gathering place for people who work together in an organized way to achieve certain goals using the skills they have. How to find out what the role of organizations in the community is, it is necessary to carry out an analysis that can be done using various methods, and the methods used in this journal are qualitative and phenomenological. So it can be concluded that the role of an organization in socializing in the community is to be able to train and develop one's ability and courage for public speaking. many activities can be done in an organization to train a person's public speaking in socializing in the community, therefore joining an organization can help a person to further develop his or her previously unknown potential.
