Abstract:
The UNOOSA Workshop presentation is covering the wide aspects of Academia-Industry partnership, using Silicon Valley as an example. In this presentation the partnership between International Space University, Stanford and SAP is highlited. The Workshop is to foster dialogue among a diverse group of stakeholders in the fieldof capacity building for space science, technology and its applications, and to take stock and discuss about various ideas and proposals for improving coordination and cooperation in the future. The outcomes and recommendations identified were provided inputs for the United Nations.
