Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for distributing cash installment loans (KCU) at PT. Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung Branch this research uses qualitative data analysis methods which will provide an overview of the mechanism for distributing cash installment loans at PT. Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung branch the results of this study indicate that the distribution of cash installment loans at PT. Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung branch is good and meets the correct credit provisions. Mechanism through several stages including the stage of submitting a credit application, the stage of credit examination, the stage of verifying files, the stage of data entry, the stage of making credit decisions, the stage of making a credit decision, Account creation and credit realization.
