Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how the Non-performing Loans Settlement Procedure at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Padang. The research method used is descriptive method, which describes and explains the procedure for resolving non-performing loans at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.Cabang Padang. The result of the research is that the procedure for resolving non-performing loans is by rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, and confiscation of collateral, submitting non-performing loans to third parties, administering non-performing loans through auction of collateral or collateral properties.
