Abstract: The study in this article is the development of a philosophical concept in an effort to maintain harmony (hunger) for the Toraja people. This study contains the concept of the Unnali Melo Philosophy as an effort to maintain harmony for the Toraja people and the relationship with Tongkonan which has the same meaning as Unnali Melo itself, namely as a means of making peace or efforts to maintain unity with other people. And provides an explanation of To sengserek which means a unity of the pieces of an ethnic group that exists in Toraja.
