ANALISIS BIAYA DAN PENDAPATAN: STUDI EMPIRIS UNIT USAHA WAKAF ANNISA BAKERY

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost and income of the Annisa Bakery Gontor Putri Campus 1 business unit. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach at the Annisa Bakery Business Unit in Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java. Data is collected by means of financial records both costs and sales results in 1 production process. The results og this study are that the income earned by the Annisa Bakery business unit in 1 month is an average of IDR 46,336,500,- while the total cost incured by the Annisa Bakery business unit are IDR 18,817,500,- and the bread business at the Annisa Bakery business unit is said to be feasible because the R/C ratio is more than 1 where 3.40 > 1.
