Abstract:
Mr. Boy Geprek chicken restaurant is a restaurant located around the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon campus, so that it is a restaurant that is of great interest to students because of the promotions and services it offers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction and interest in Mr. boy geprek restaurant. The research method that we use is a quantitative research method, namely systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena as well as the causality of their relationships. Quantitative research method is a research method used for research on scientific object conditions, this research uses path analysis. This survey was conducted on 35 respondents. The results of this study are directly increasing the variables that affect consumer satisfaction, while service quality does not affect customer satisfaction. Promotion satisfaction and service quality directly affect consumer interest.
