Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of non-performing loans and how to resolve non-performing loans at PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera. The research method used is descriptive method, which describes and explains how to solve problem loans at PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera. The result of the research is that the settlement of non-performing loans is through rescheduling, reconditioning, resturcturing, and foreclosure of collateral, delivery of non-performing loans to third parties and through the holding of collateral auctions.
