Abstract: The sphere of production and export of car wheels is characterized by trends of globalization, development of digital technologies, changes in logistics routes and increasing requirements for sustainable development. In this context, the use of economically sound tools in organizing supply chain management can provide a company with significant competitive advantages. The article considers current problems and ways to eliminate them in relation to manufacturers and exporters of car wheels. The methodological basis for supply chain management in international business is considered, the most significant risks in the management of supply chains of car wheels are described, solutions for optimizing these processes are given (diversification of suppliers and logistics, implementation of digital technologies, automation of logistics processes, development of strategic partnerships with suppliers, adaptation to the requirements of sustainable development). The results of the study have the potential for methodological and applied application in the field of international business and logistics.
