Abstract:
When examining the impacts of public enterprise on developing Countries, majority developing Countries have a considerable number of Public enterprises, on the other hand, some of these Companies for example, are naturally the driving economy, the experience of Angola show particularly this evidence. In Angola particularly, companies such as Sonangol and Endiama are naturally strongly relevant for the economy. On the other hand, the strongest inefficiency of these Companies are particularly relatively with the performance in Economy, on developing Countries exist for example high levels of corruption, that are particularly enough to drive the most Companies to high relevant inefficiency in particular. The influences that are particularly originated from these Countries on fiscal policy are naturally evidenced, where, many developing Countries for example, destined to their respective companies a significant increase of budgets, that, represented for example a strong trade off with the social protection, for example, that's mean for example, significant budgets that are particularly cabalized to these Companies, reduce significantly the expenditure with the social protection in general. The impacts about fiscal policy, can on the other hand, be translated with the existence of less tax revenue in these Countries, particularly that are proven from the respective public enterprise, on the other hand, countries such as Italy, Norway and Germany, have naturally the strongest taxes revenue. Therefore, the high level of corruption in developing Countries is plausible to enhance a good performance of the respective public enterprise, reinforced from the respective inefficiency of management in general, that are particularly promoted from the inconsistency relative with the human capital, in particular. Thus, the evidence, on the other hand, shows particularly that the existence of the high numbers of Public enterprise do not constitute the plausible reasons to generate particularly negative impacts on the economy, this evidence is strongly acceptable in some European Countries, in particular. On the other hand, the Public Enterprise in developed Countries have a particularly higher level of profit than in the developing countries, where this evidence does not exist in particular. The highest numbers of Public enterprise are naturally comprovated with the existence of a weakest economic environment, this characteristics is strongly verified in developing Countries, therefore, are naturally the strongest reason that in particular promote the success of the high level of influences from the non competitive in this economy, particularly. On the other hand, the weakest private sector existed to enhance this evidence in particular.
