Abstract: This article outlines the primary methods for addressing transport-related challenges within urban agglomerations. It identifies potential solutions to these problems, drawing upon global experience in reducing traffic intensity within urban areas. Particular emphasis is placed on prioritizing measures aimed at organizing and developing high-performance off-street passenger transport systems, particularly in suburban districts. Keywords: urban agglomeration, transport network development, urban agglomeration transport infrastructure, measures to reduce traffic flow intensity, global experience in addressing transport network congestion.
