Abstract:
The specific nature of modern business organization suggests that digitalization is no longer merely a trend, but a vital necessity that determines a company's success in the marketplace. It impacts not only high-tech sectors but is also becoming an integral factor in the development of traditional industrial spheres. In this context, the fundamental driver of successful transformation is leadership—specifically, the ability of entrepreneurs to effectively manage the implementation of digital culture initiatives as part of their strategic business development. This article explores the issues surrounding the integration of digital culture into the operations of manufacturing companies. The author examines methodological approaches to digital transformation, analyzes the most significant factors influencing this process, identifies common barriers and risks, and discusses strategic solutions for integrating digital culture. The paper addresses challenges related to the evolution of management styles and methods, the cultivation of a digital mindset, and the transformation of corporate culture. Finally, it outlines the prospects for digital leadership within traditional industrial sectors.
