Anthroporesource Dynamics (ARD): A Framework for Individual Resource and Institutional Context

Kirill Baskakov

No x27j5_v1, SocArXiv from Center for Open Science

Abstract: Anthroporesource Dynamics (ARD) is a conceptual framework for describing and comparing individual resource configurations within institutional environments. The paper proposes a typology of core resources and a set of conversion mechanisms that link personal endowments to institutional access, status, and outcomes. ARD is designed as an integrative analytic language for sociology, organizational studies, and public policy analysis, enabling structured diagnosis of misalignment between individual capacities and institutional pathways.
