Abstract: This text reports experiences acquired over the years 2019 to 2021, in the editions of the Urban and Periurban Agriculture, Food, Education and Health extension project, carried out by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) Campus Litoral Norte, in order to problematize and enhance extension as fundamental in the processes of articulation between the work carried out at the university and the needs widely posed by society.
