Abstract: I’m mismatch, but I’m well-being: Employee Well-being, Job Crafting, dan Psychological Empowerment memiliki keterkaitan. Buku ini menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Empowerment berperan menjadi mediator hubungan antara Job Crafting dan Employee Wellbeing. Meskipun, tanpa adanya peran Psychological Empowerment sebagai mediator, Job Crafting, dan Employee Well-being memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Namun, efek Job Crafting pada Employee Well-being akan lebih kuat apabila melalui Psychological Empowerment terlebih dahulu.
