Abstract: This work reveals that the representation of female beauty in the music video (MV) entitled “As If It's Your Last” from BLACKPINK is demonstrated through physical (outer beauty) and personality (inner beauty). Furthermore, the signs and symbols in the MV shows the existence of female beauty is: (1) a product of media engineering; (2) made as a commodity object; nor (3) synonymous with luxury images.
