Policy Issues on Commercial Forest Management

Abstract: This paper focuses on issues surrounding the management of Philippine commercial forests as it deals with forest destruction and renewal problems. Likewise, the economics of commercial forest management for both natural forests and tree plantations is highlighted. Policy implications are discussed and research priorities are suggested.
