A Review of Investment Incentives in ASEAN Countries

Abstract: Given the need to review the investment incentives of the ASEAN countries, this paper quantifies the impact of the investment incentives on the profitability of prospective projects. Specifically, it quantifies the effect of the incentive provisions of the different countries on the internal rate of return of hypothetical projects.
