Abstract: Tracing the structural adjustment measures implemented in the Philippines, this paper discusses reforms done on taxation, on trade and on government corporation during 1986 to 1992. Reforms on the financial sector, investment incentives and foreign exchange are also analyzed. These are in the hope of providing information on what has been done and what is left for implementation.
