Abstract: How do plots, privileges and protocols harm Pakistan and its economy? Any country needs an administrative structure to run. The people attached to this administrative structure are called civil servants, which also includes members of the armed forces. But, as readers can guess, this is not a free arrangement! A universal truth/principle of governance is that government administration costs money.
