Abstract:
The progressive normative transformation of both innermost and social being modifies the notion of conflict, disturbs the individual and collective routines, calls in question the manner of learning, and generates a risk of depressed burnout among project teams. The sociocognitive mediation and the care of psychological risks enable to rid or prevent individual or interpersonal conflicts. However, the research on projects remains a fragile process. The preeminence of mind control from the new management ideology presents a narcissist risk. Between voluntary subjectivation and inward spiritual liberty, the development of our personal liberty faces a range of options.
