On some questions of the flexible employment forms and the necessity of transparent and predictable working conditions for the workers and employees

Abstract: The article puts some question, related to the uncertainty of the workers and employees in the flexible working forms and the necessity of transparent and predictable working conditions. The focus is on Directive (eu) 2019/1152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union. As a result of the examination the author makes conclusions and recommendations for successful actualization of the labour legislation.
