New moments in the administrative control over the activity of the higher schools

Abstract: The article examines the administrative control, exercised by the Minister of the Education and Science over the two main activities of the higher schools – the academic and the scientific one. Based on the actual legal analysis of the Higher education act and the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act the author makes some conclusions and recommendations for the application of the legal regulations.
