MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
The present examination aims to analyze the principles of freedom of labour and freedom of bargaining in the context of the necessity of actualization of the Bulgarian labour legislation in the part flexible forms of employment. Based on the examination the authors outlined some typical manifestation of the principles in their interrelation with dynamics of the labour and social relations, imposing new forms of flexible employment and their adequate legal regulation. In the indicated directions is grounded the necessity of change in the norms and their adaptation to the new public realities.
