Andriyana Andreeva and Galina Yolova

MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: The report analyses some more characteristic tendencies imposed in the practice of the employers on performing control over the working process. The analysis is based on the actual Labour legislation and the application of the institute of control in digital surroundings, and affects also problems, which put on the field of doctrine some legal and moral issues, concerning the borders of intervention in the private life of workers and employees. On the basis of the performed analysis the authors make some conclusions and summaries concerning the necessity of re-thinking and actualization of the regulation and principles of employers control in the conditions and through the instruments of digitalization in the working legal relationships.
