Good practice of the application of the mediation in the sphere of the higher education

Abstract: The report examines the possibility of applying mediation in resolving conflicts in the field of higher education. The European legal framework, its transposition in the member states and in the national legislation, as well as good practices in the application of mediation in higher education in different countries are studied. Based on the analysis, conclusions and summaries are made.
