Abstract:
English abstract Animal rights and animal wellbeing. A Utopian approach. Entitling animals with personal rights will change the way of how agricultural production is organized. Animals will negotiate contracts with farmers. Animal rights do not contradict meat production as long as an animal's soul can still outlive (realize) its potential in an Aristotelian sense and achieve happiness. Analogously for plants. In consequence, Veganism is not morally-ethically superior. First step to a trans-human society (polis).
