Abstract:
In this work we analyze the time spent by Spanish and Aragonese self-employed in each of their daily activities. To be able to carry out this analysis we use the Time Use survey for the years 2002-2003 and 2009-2010, incorporated into the Multinational Time Use Study. The results are similar between Spain and the more specific case of the Autonomous Community of Aragon where we find that the self-employed spend more time than wage earners on paid work, but less on leisure and household chores.
