Abstract:
The paper examines the relation between the labour-law and administrative-law aspects of the procedures for habilitation of the academic staff in the country. The accent is on the analysis of the special normative regulation, settled in the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act and the Higher education act. On basis of the complex analysis are marked problems in the law and is motivated the necessity of its actualization.
