Legal and economic aspects of the control over the business activity of the state higher schools

Abstract: The scientific research examines in their interrelationship the economic and legal aspects of the control over the business activity of the higher schools in Bulgaria. Accent of the research is put on the types of control and the bodies, which perform this control. Based on the analysis the authors make conclusions and recommendations for increasing of the effectiveness of the control.
