Abstract:
Bulgarian Society has accepted privatization as the most significant aspect of the transition towards a market economy. The chapter presents an analysis of the development of the process of privatization. It is focused on the privatization of enterprises either through cash (market) or mass privatization where assets are privatized against vouchers distributed to all citizens.
