Процесуални права на синдикалните организации за защита от дискриминация в трудовите отношения

Procedural rights of trade union organizations on protection from discrimination in employment relationships

Ивайло Стайков

MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: The protection from discrimination is among the other legal actions trade union organizations can undertake to protect their members pursuant to the Anti-Discrimination Act. It lays down the trade unions’ procedural rights in employees’ protection from discrimination – open a case at the Anti-Discrimination Commission level; draw a proposal to that same Commission to enforce administrative measures; draw a similar proposal to the Labour Inspection Office; file a court case on behalf of persons whose rights have been infringed; launch a pending process filed by discriminatory act, the company trade union can file independently. The topics have been studied in the present paper.
