About the Freedom and the Discipline in the Labour Law - Modern Aspects in the Digital Age

Abstract: This article examines some actual questions related to the freedom of labour, as a basic principle of labour law and the concept of labour discipline. It accentuates the modern aspects of these concepts, decided by the digital environment of labour performance. The legal analysis of the current labour law and the reference made to the ongoing processes allow to draw conclusions about the upcoming transformations. In the end, the study produces outlines and proposals are made for improving the regulation.
