On some questions for protection of the personal data in the work book

Abstract: The report analyzes the current legislation regulating the institute of “work book” in the aspect of personal data protection of natural persons. The accent is put on the legal nature of the work book and examines the quality of the subjects employer and employee in the context of the requirements according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Based on the analysis summaries, conclusions and recommendations are made.
