Abstract: The study analyzes the specifics of the regulation of occupational accidents. in national law through the prism of comparative law analysis of the institute in international and Community law, international research into its origin and development at the international level and given the development of Bulgarian labor law, as well as the current of the regulation with its respective analysis, proposals and conclusions for improvement compliance with the norms.
