За нуждата от качествени измерения на правото на почивка

For the need for quality measurements of the right to rest

Andriyana Andreeva and Galina Yolova

MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: The report examines the legal aspects of the right to rest in the context of the challenges of the digital environment. The national labour legislation regulates the institute of rest by means of quantitative parameters expressed in minimum limits for the types of rest, respectively warranties for their observance. At the same time the modernity related to the digitalization of the processes requires examination of the questions, related to the right to disconnect from the network and the qualitative parameters of the rest. Provoked exactly by this the authors put in the field of the doctrinal research the question of the social responsibility of employers and the subsequent regulatory reaction to ensure the quality of rest in accordance with the specificities of the work performed. Based on the analysis proposals and conclusions are made.
