Ecosystem of trust in the use of artificial intellegence in the employment relationship

Abstract: The paper examines the question of building an ecosystem of trust in the use of artificial intelligence in the employment relationship. To achieve this aim an analysis is made of the relevant norms of the Labour Legislation – national and European. Based on the analysis summaries, conclusions and recommendations are made.
