Mariyana Shirvanyan and Darina Dimitrova

MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: The report examines the administrative sanction “community service in favour of the soviety” in the light of the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria and the legislative framework of the European Union, which contain norms that are guarantee in the area of the Labour and Social Security Law. Based on the analysis of the specifics of this type of administrative sanction the preconditions under which it can be inflicted are outlined. The conclusions not only raise doctrinal questions, but also provide some directions about the applicability of the actual legislative framework in the area of the administrative sanctions.
