Abstract: Recent years have seen a growing interest in the enterprise and microenterprise sector. We have seen several government initiatives to encourage the sector, drive economic development, create employment and reduce government burdens, and intensify efforts to overcome difficulties for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Despite all these efforts, the lacks of funding opportunities still the top obstacle of challenges. One of the most important financing tools is crowd funding, which this research clarifies its concept and types, and its most important shariah compliance rules. and suggest some appropriate projects for each type of crowd funding.
