Abstract:
This research study examines the effects of social media addiction on the daily work performance of government employees in the Zamboanga Peninsula Region of the Philippines. Drawing upon the sampled government employees, data were collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical techniques. The study investigates the relationship between social media addiction and work performance.
