Abstract:
Tis study analyses the influence of various factors on the likelihood of emplo- yment among immigrants in the Dominican Republic using block logisticregression models. Te results reveal that factors such as gender, nationality,educational level, legal status, geography, age group, and reasons for migrationhave significant marginal effects on the probability of employment
