Abstract: Οι πολιτικές, οικονομικές και κοινωνικές διαστάσεις της ελληνικής κρίσης έστρεψαν την προσοχή στο μέγεθος και τον αντίκτυπο της ανεπίσημης οικονομικής δραστηριότητας. Το κεφάλαιο αυτό αναλύει την τελευταία απαντώντας στο ερώτημα αν ο φορολογούμενος μπορεί να αποφύγει τις φορολογικές του υποχρεώσεις στην Ελλάδα επειδή θέλει ή μπορεί (ή και τα δύο).
