MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: Currently, the problems of creating and manufacturing dual-use products and technologies are considered important, relevant and significant. On the one hand, they strengthen and innovatively develop the civilian sector of the national economy, on the other hand, they reduce the volume of budget financing of defense enterprises. The article describes the features of the creation and sale of dual-use aerospace products, their advantages and reasons for possible unrealization, as well as the method of forming a system complex of strategic management of aviation and rocket and space production.
