Business Game in the Scientific and Educational Process of an Agrarian University

Abstract:
Goal To use the potential of students, teachers, and employees of public authorities to solve urgent socio-economic problems of the region, study and evaluate the educational process, improve the training of specialists. Objectives: to promote the development of strategic thinking of specialists in innovative activities, to teach practical skills in reengineering business processes; choosing a strategy for solving management problems in the formation of innovative systems, the introduction of a process approach, the reengineering of existing production and market systems; to attract the attention of young people to the use of the process approach in production management. To stimulate students to a holistic perception of the processes that are really taking place, to monitor the quality and volume of knowledge received by students on the socio-economic cycle of disciplines, to make improvements in the educational process.
