Abstract: This article first introduces three Persian translations of Branson's Macroeconomics textbook, followed by an overview of the author’s life and works. The next section outlines the content of the book’s chapters and the author’s objectives. The article then proceeds to a methodological review of the book, focusing on a criticism of the neoclassical synthesis. In the final section, the content of the book is examined.
