THE YIELD EQUILIBRIUM PROTOCOL: Architecting Revenue Governance and NOI Protection

Abstract:
Abstract: The modern hospitality industry is currently navigating a systemic wealth dilution crisis. While traditional top-line revenue metrics, specifically Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), often create a superficial illusion of financial health, they frequently mask underlying algorithmic vulnerabilities and passive management strategies that systematically erode Net Operating Income (NOI). This paper introduces the Yield Equilibrium Protocol (YEP) a novel mathematical and operational framework designed to rectify these imbalances.
