Abstract:
The forests offer to the society Environmental Goods and Services, which are not recognized on the market. This generates not sustainable use of the forest resources. Because of this situation the State must define an Environmental Politics, to achieve his sustainable use. In order to achieve this objective and his preservation for the future generations, it can use different instruments: those of command and control, economic instruments, economic incentives. This work tries to determine what instruments of environmental politics can be used for the protection of the Native Forests, and to realize an economic analysis of the Law of Native Forests.
