MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
Unemployment appears to be an imbalance in the national labor market, as a meeting point between global supply and demand work. Unemployment is influenced by demographic features, social-economic and cultural developments leading its evolution in time. Their knowledge is important to establish mechanisms to balance supply and demand on the labor market. This paper proposes to conduct an analysis of the specifics of unemployment in Romania.
